Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare food and drinks according to company standards

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call shifts
