Job Overview
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Labourers to join our bridge construction team. The successful candidates will assist with various construction activities, support skilled tradespeople, and help maintain a safe and productive worksite.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bridge construction and rehabilitation projects.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and cleanup duties.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Assist carpenters, concrete finishers, and equipment operators.
- Install and remove temporary barriers, forms, and supports.
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other labour-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous construction experience is an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to work from heights
- Valid driver's license and transportation
- Safety certifications (WHMIS, First Aid, Fall Protection, etc.) are an advantage.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
