Seasonal Food & Beverage Coordinator
Greendale Acres is looking for an energetic, positive leader to help coordinate our Food & Beverage team during our busiest seasons. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves serving people, building strong teams, and creating a fun, high-energy work environment.
You'll spend your days moving between multiple food service areas, supporting your team, solving problems, and ensuring guests receive fast, friendly service. Most importantly, you'll help create an environment where people enjoy coming to work.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day food and beverage operations across multiple service locations.
- Keep team morale high through encouragement, coaching, and recognition.
- Coordinate staff breaks, workflow, and coverage to keep operations running smoothly.
- Support Food & Beverage Leads and help them succeed.
- Jump in wherever needed—from the grill to the snack shack—to support the team.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Help train and onboard new team members.
- Complete daily operational checklists and communicate issues to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Compensation
$18.50 - $22 per hour
Seasonality
This is a seasonal leadership position that follows the rhythm of our farm.
Our busiest times are afternoons/evenings, weekends, holidays, and festivals—when our guests are here and your leadership matters most. During our operating season, you'll be working alongside the team during these peak periods, helping create exceptional guest experiences.
Our workload also changes throughout the year. Hours increase during our operating seasons and are significantly reduced during our quieter months.
If you're looking for a traditional Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 role, this probably isn't the right fit. But this could be a great opportunity if you love the energy of busy weekends, leading teams, and being part of creating unforgettable experiences.
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
