Job Summary
As the Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing a team of retail associates, driving sales, and maintaining the overall performance of the store.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in retail sales to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by effectively managing and motivating a team of retail associates.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently and accurately.
- Oversee store management activities including inventory control, merchandising, and maintaining visual standards.
- Utilize administrative skills to handle paperwork, reports, and other operational tasks.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms for the store.
- Provide guidance and support in sales management techniques to maximize profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management practices.

- Proven experience in retail sales is essential.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Ability to handle cashiering responsibilities effectively.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
