We are actively recruiting experienced, highly motivated property maintenance foremen/drivers on our team. We desire candidates who demonstrate reliability and integrity and commitment who want to grow with our team.
Qualified candidates have
- working knowledge of lawn/garden maintenance equipment
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Physically fit
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Drivers license( G2 required)
- Reliable transportation
- Team player
Wage = Negotiable with experience
You will be responsible to complete daily work orders in a safe and efficient work manner.
Duties will include:
- Load and unload truck and trailer daily
- Inspect vehicle daily to ensure safe operation
- Operate mowing equipment/trimmers/blowers/hedgers
- Garden Maintenance (pruning, cultivating, edging and weeding)
- Inspect/maintain equipment
- Winter duties (on call)
This position is full time with a minimum of 44 hours per week.
