Experienced Carpenter (Contract)
Northern Cardinal Construction is seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team on a contract through to the end of November, with the possibility of continued employment for the right candidate.
We specialize in high-quality residential renovations, additions, and custom decks throughout the Kingston area. We take pride in doing things properly, maintaining clean job sites, and delivering work we're proud to stand behind.
What You'll Do
- Work alongside our Lead Carpenter on residential construction projects
- Complete framing, exterior finishing, decks, siding, trim, drywall repairs, and general carpentry
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers
- Produce quality work with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential carpentry experience
- Solid understanding of residential construction practices
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's licence
- Own personal hand tools and basic cordless tools
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
