Working at the forefront of our guest journey, our Concierge Team works with our guests before, during and after their stay to ensure a seamless, customized and memorable experience.
We are looking for a colleague who:

- excels at communication amongst the team and with guests
- has a strong knowledge of hospitality operations
- is proficient in using hospitality software including guest billing, reservations and property management systems
- has a degree or diploma in communications (not required but would be an asset)
- has knowledge of the Muskoka/Collingwood/Toronto/Kawartha areas
What You will be Doing:
- Coordinating and taking ownership of the guest journey once the reservation is confirmed
- Anticipating guest needs by offering additional Concierge services in advance of arrival, enhancing the guest stay and contributing to top line revenue
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries
- Liaising with other teams on joint initiatives and to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitoring inventory and coordinating movement of rental items such as kayaks, canoes, water toys, small appliances and other supplementary items
- Coordinating transportation for guests as required
- Coordinating personal chef and private catering requests
- Coordinating personal shopping as required – at times do the personal shopping
- Primary coordinator of daily Guest Services operation, communicating guest requests to colleagues and ensuring completion
- Logging guest defects and ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation
- Updating guest profiles with personal details as discovered
- Managing concierge charges and credit card pre-authorizations during guest stay
- Building and filing standard operating procedures for the Concierge department
- Managing relationships with 3rd party vendors
- Assisting with ad hoc guest requests
- Duties and tasks may change as required by operations or to suit business needs
- Developing appealing documentation that is sent to guests about their property and stay
- Cleaning our rental items when needed and help to maintain an organized area
Essentials:
- Valid G license with reliable transportation, as travel is required for this position
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
