Requirements:
- Possession of a VSA License, along with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in car sales or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Multilingual abilities, especially proficiency in Spanish, are beneficial.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools; adept at using technology for sales purposes.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and dedication to providing top-notch customer service.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
