Prepare dough for bread, buns and other baked goods according to store recipes.
Operate various equipment to produce baked goods including a dough mixer, bun divider, sheeter, and oven.
Manage inventory and freshness of products according to store and customer standards.
Ensure working area and service counter is sanitary, and that all equipment is in proper working order.
Adhere to health and safety standards required by the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Fulfill customer orders and provide the utmost customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager.
Must be able to work starting at 5 am on weekdays and weekends.
