What:
Providing “The Kitchen” with clean and sanitized cookware and dishes in a timely manner.
Operating and maintaining washing equipment including dishwashers and hand wash stations.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with any necessary food prep.
Moderate physical efforts – standing, carrying, pushing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
A valid G drivers license is required to deliver catering to our customers.
