TrueCraft Maritime Renovations is seeking an experienced Renovator to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential renovations and are looking for someone versatile, reliable, and skilled across multiple trades.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of renovation tasks: framing, drywall, flooring, tiling, trim, and basic plumbing/electrical (as permitted)
- Install doors, trims, cabinets, vanities, and fixtures
- Complete tile installations for bathrooms, showers, floors, and backsplashes
- Complete demolition, prep work, and site cleanup
- Minor framing adjustments (blocking, rough openings, backing)
- Work with Project Manager to maintain timelines
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in residential renovations
- Strong skills in carpentry, finishing, tiling, and interior remodeling
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
- Must have own tools + reliable transportation
- Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements
- Professional, respectful, and detail-oriented
