Stone Road Family Dental, conveniently located in the Stone Road Mall, is seeking a relationship oriented Dental Hygienist to join our talented team. WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL 2 TO 3 SCHEDULED SHIFTS PER WEEK: MONDAYS, THURSDAYS AND SOME SATURDAYS.
Duties
- Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options
- Assist with patient examinations and prepare treatment rooms for procedures
- Manage patient records accurately using Dentrix
- Support the Administrative Team when scheduling appointments and updating patient information
- Collaborate with dentist to ensure comprehensive patient care
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Successful completion of a Diploma in Dental Hygiene from a recognized accredited college
- Registered in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario
- Excellent communication skills
- Excited to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Working knowledge of client management dental software (specifically Dentrix) would be considered an asset but willing to train
- Experience is an asset, but new graduates or those returning to the workforce after a break are welcome to apply
Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
