Position Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the reliable operation of production equipment and facilities. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, supports equipment installations, and promotes a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff and contractors.
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain safety compliance and enforce workplace procedures.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation systems.
- Experience with CMMS software preferred.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
