We are looking to hire an experienced arborist to start as soon as possible.
Job Description / What You'll Do
- Perform professional tree care operations including pruning, removals, and general arborist services
- Safely climb trees and execute complex rigging techniques with confidence and precision
- Operate and work from a bucket truck
- Lead and support a small crew by educating, encouraging, and working alongside team members
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, always maintaining a customer-first attitude
- Uphold high safety standards and ensure proper use of equipment and machinery on every job site
Job Requirements / What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in arboriculture and tree care practices
- Proven climbing and rigging skills, including comfort with technical and physically demanding work
- Bucket truck experience
- Leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to guide and motivate others
- Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with customers
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and responsible
- Takes pride in high-quality work and enjoys working hard in an outdoor environment
