WHO WE ARE
Endeavour Wealth Management is a fast-growing wealth management firm built on a simple, uncompromising belief: everyone deserves the chance to live a life that is truly theirs — rich in connection, time, and fulfillment, alongside the people who matter most. We exist to help create those opportunities, one relationship at a time, and we're looking for an Associate Investment Advisor to help us do it.
Our mission is “To be undeniably the best experience in Wealth Management.” We get there by delivering on both the expected and the unexpected, and by constantly redefining what “best client experience” even means. It isn't a slogan on a wall — it's the standard we hold ourselves to in every meeting, every phone call, and every plan we build alongside the families who trust us with their future.
We don't compete on products or pricing alone. We compete on how we show up: personal, where most of the industry is transactional; intentionally unforgettable, where most settle for forgettable; and built from the inside out, so that why we do this work always comes before how we do it and what we deliver. Every client conversation, every strategy, every yes and every no traces back to that same conviction.
This is your chance to play a defining role in the continued success of our award-winning organization.
Our distinctive purpose is to “Be More” for everyone connected to this firm — our clients, our team, and our community. We believe every person deserves the opportunity to live a life of their freedom, and we exist to help create those opportunities.
We also believe our people should feel free to be 100% of themselves at work, which is why we're committed to building a diverse team and an inclusive workplace — welcoming people of every age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ability, religion, and belief or non-belief. We believe our diversity makes us stronger.
If you strive to succeed, care as much about people as you do about performance, and share our vision for what wealth management can be, we would love to hear from you.
WHO WE WANT
We're looking for an Associate Investment Advisor who is ready to build relationships, not just manage them. In this role, you'll establish new client relationships from the ground up while providing advisory services, financial planning, and dedicated support to the clients who already call Endeavour home. You'll be a trusted voice in people's financial lives — and, just as importantly, in the fuller lives they're working to build.
We're not just looking for people who fit our culture. We're looking for people who will enhance it.
