Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support accurate, timely payroll processing and maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulations. This role is ideal for a professional with strong payroll knowledge, hands-on systems experience, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Process full-cycle payroll for employees accurately and on schedule
Maintain payroll records, earnings, deductions, garnishments, and tax information
Administer and support averaging arrangements
Review timesheets, payroll changes, and audit payroll data for accuracy
Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee setup, changes, and reporting
Prepare payroll reports and assist with month-end and year-end payroll activities
Help ensure compliance with internal policies and payroll regulations
3+ years of payroll experience
Experience with averaging arrangements
Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and recordkeeping
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
