Job summary
We are seeking a reliable and capable Handyman or woman to join our maintenance team, based out of Vancouver, BC. We provide repair, maintenance and renovation services from Monday to Friday during regular working hours.

Main things we are looking for
- Someone who is confident that they can perform an outstanding job and does not need to compromise on time efficiency at the same time.
- Someone that either has performed renovations and knows how to do electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Someone who is can do lots of drywall repair work and make it look seamless
- Someone that takes cleanliness of the job very seriously (this is a must)
Duties may Include:
- Carpentry
- Assembling furniture and installing appliances
- Power washing / gutter cleaning
- Drywall repair/installation
- Painting
- Basic carpentry (baseboards, door installations, rot repair)
- Demolition
- Repairs around a home (bifold doors, caulking, blocked drains)
- Simple non-licensed plumbing
- Simple non-licensed electrical
- Item disposal
- Fence and deck repair
- Flooring, tiling
- Keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications
- You have proven experience as a Handyman / woman in a similar role
- You have a valid Driver's License with a clean abstract
- You have a clean criminal record check
- You have your own tools
- You have dependable transportation for tools and materials
- You can work independently with minimum supervision
- You are a great communicator (interacting with clients)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
