HR Heat & Cool Mechanical is looking for an experienced HVAC service technician/subcontractor to help with maintenance, service calls, repairs, and smaller installation work across residential and light commercial jobs.
This role is best suited for an independent technician who is already set up with their own vehicle, tools, insurance, and trade registrations. Work will include troubleshooting, maintenance, service, and installation support for HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities
- Complete HVAC maintenance and service calls professionally
- Diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment
- Assist with small commercial and residential installations
- Communicate clearly with customers and the company
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Follow all applicable codes, safety standards, and trade requirements
Must Have
- Own non-branded van or truck
- TSSA registration
- G2 gas licence minimum; G1 preferred
- 313D licence minimum; 313A preferred
- Business insurance
- Own tools and ability to work independently
- Professional attitude and reliable communication
Compensation
Pay is $70-$100 per hour depending on experience, licensing, job type, and scope of work. Final pay
structure can be discussed directly.
