As part of the HR Solutions team, the Operations Associate is responsible for supporting and executing key operational initiatives that drive business performance, service delivery, and organizational growth. Reporting to the National VP, HR Solutions, this role works closely with leadership to coordinate projects, improve processes, support technology implementation, and enable sales and marketing activities. The Operations Associate plays a key role in ensuring teams have the tools, resources, and operational support needed to deliver exceptional results.
As the Operations Associate, you will:
- Lead the implementation and coordination of technology platforms, digital tools, and systems that support service delivery and business growth.
- Maintain operational dashboards, reporting tools, and performance tracking systems to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies through technology, automation, and AI solutions.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of digital learning products and scalable service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure systems and processes meet operational requirements.
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, social media content, newsletters, sponsorship activities, and events.
- Act as the primary liaison between People First HR leadership and marketing support teams to coordinate project requests and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Ensure sales and marketing collateral remains current, aligned with brand standards, and readily available for business development activities.
- Coordinate conference participation, event readiness, and promotional initiatives.
- Support proposal development, RFP coordination, and the preparation of business development resources.
- Maintain client information systems, operational trackers, and support documentation.
- Assist leadership in translating strategic priorities into actionable projects and initiatives.
- Identify operational challenges, recommend solutions, and support the implementation of process improvements.
- Support change management initiatives and help drive adoption of new programs, systems, and processes.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by sharing knowledge, supporting team initiatives, and collaborating across departments.
You and Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, business enablement, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
- Experience working with technology platforms, business systems, and digital tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with data reporting, dashboard management, and performance tracking.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation initiatives, or technology implementations is considered an asset.
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on achieving measurable results.
