As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you have a passion for pursuing excellence in everything you do and value fostering relationships with all stakeholders in an organization. In this role you will:
- Oversee and support two Accounts Receivable Clerks, providing guidance, workload direction, and performance feedback to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Monitor the accounts receivable subledger and follow up with overdue accounts.
- Develop and document standardized collection procedures.
- Prepare reports detailing status of customers’ accounts.
- Perform account reconciliations and process necessary account adjustments.
- Communicate status of overdue accounts to upper management and escalate as required.
- Record daily deposits.
- Prepare and review customer invoices.
- Act as main contact for customer inquiries regarding invoice details.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certified Credit Professional designation.
- Five (5) years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working directly in accounting software.
- Collections experience.
Bonus points if you have:
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or Accounting.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience..
- Advanced analytical capabilities.
- Airline industry experience.
