Administrative Assistant

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who is professional, confident, highly organized, and capable of keeping a busy office running smoothly. We need someone who can think ahead, solve problems, prioritize tasks, and become an essential part of our team.
What You'll Do
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents
- Assist with tenant communications and administrative support
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Assist with staff scheduling and coverage coordination
- Maintain organized filing systems and records
- Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate meetings, projects, and day-to-day office operations
- Assist with planning and execution of mall events, vendor markets, and promotional activities
- Create and schedule social media content while engaging with followers and responding to inquiries
- Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
- Keep multiple priorities moving while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Support management with day-to-day operations and special projects
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional, confident, and personable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Experience with payroll (Quickbooks), scheduling, administration, or office management
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and doesn't wait to be told what to do
