Position Summary
The Call Center Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service while supporting daily administrative and operational activities. This role includes assisting customers with general inquiries, modem pick-ups and exchanges at reception; mostly handling device shipments; managing device inventory; restocking newly delivered modems; performing technical testing and restocking returned devices, coordinating appointments, and providing general office support.
General Responsibilities
- Provide professional, efficient, and high-quality customer service to clients in reception
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and through email
- Handle daily modem pick-ups, returns, exchanges at reception
- Packaging and shipping devices in office
- Sort, test, repack, and restock returned devices while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations
- Perform general office and administrative duties as required
- Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve and expand
Skills & Requirements
- Preferred to have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Business Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Previous customer service experience or receptionist experience is preferred
- Previous packaging experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and staff at all organizational levels
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
