What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Booking appointments and managing clinic schedules
- Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries
- Maintaining accurate electronic medical records (Accuro EMR)
- Supporting physicians and helping clinics run efficiently
- Assisting with patient flow and general administrative duties
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 years of Medical Office Assistant Experience
- Previous experience using Accuro EMR is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy medical environment
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Availability for Evenings and Weekends
