Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on holistic health management. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and medical histories to assess health status.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across diverse patient populations.
- Manage pain and provide pain management strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Perform procedures related to pediatrics, adult medicine, and home care as necessary.
- Administer medications accurately following established protocols and medical terminology standards.
- Collect and analyze patient data to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner for documentation and data collection.
- Coordinate with specialists for referrals, hospitalizations, or additional testing when required.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication administration.
- Participate in research initiatives or quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
- Support home care services by developing treatment plans suitable for outpatient management.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
- Proven experience in family medicine, including hospital experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, acute care procedures, pain management, pediatrics, and patient care protocols.
- Experience with electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Prior experience in research or data collection projects is a plus.

Pay: $212,869.19-$525,146.01 per year
