Castle Lake Campground & Wilderness Resort – Arcadia, NS
Do you enjoy working with people and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment? Castle Lake Campground & Wilderness Resort is looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Office & Store team.
As one of the first faces our guests see, you'll play an important role in making every camper feel welcome from the moment they arrive until they head home.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests with a friendly smile and provide outstanding customer service.
- Check campers in and out using our reservation system.
- Answer questions about the campground, amenities, events, and local attractions.
- Process reservations, payments, and phone inquiries.
- Operate the campground store, including cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Help guests find camping essentials, snacks, drinks, ice cream, souvenirs, firewood, ice, and other items they may need during their stay.
- Restock merchandise and keep the store clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with light office duties and help ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Work as part of a supportive team to create a positive experience for every guest.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with the public.
- Reliable, organized, and dependable.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Able to multitask and stay calm during busy periods.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or campgrounds is an asset but is not required. We're happy to train the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
