We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, and interested in supporting projects in field‑based or operational environments. You will assist in coordinating projects, managing documentation, and supporting business operations while working closely with field personnel, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating field-based projects across departments and with external vendors and suppliers.
- Assisting in development of cross functional task and role.
- Prepare project quotes and develop work scopes.
- Assisting with project estimate and cost tracking
- Update project management records and dashboards to reflect current status.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Support document control and compliance strategies.
- Conduct occasional project site visits within the city when required to support coordination and verify progress.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related role, preferably involving exposure to active project sites, field operations, or industrial environments.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and read plans/specifications.
- Understanding safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of general contract and subcontract documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
- Must be able to successfully complete all pre‑employment requirements, including a drug and alcohol test, criminal background check, and driver’s abstract.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting projects that involve on‑site activities, coordination with field staff, or operational work environments is considered a strong asset
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Smart Sheets, Microsoft project, GP Dynamics).
- Experience with invoicing and vendor coordination.
- Exposure to field‑based or industrial projects, including working with technical drawings, specifications, or site documentation.
