We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Assistant with a strong background in the wholesale industry to join a well-established company located in Ville St Laurent. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and orders are met and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the production lifecycle from development through to final delivery
- Oversee production testing and approvals, ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards
- Conduct regular follow-ups with factories and vendors to track progress and resolve any delays
- Collaborate closely with design, technical, and merchandising teams to ensure product alignment
- Monitor production schedules and proactively address potential risks or bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
- Graphic Support skills: create and format simple graphic materials for wholesale presentations and buyer communications.
- Assist in preparing quote sheets and purchase orders

Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in wholesale production
- Strong knowledge of production processes and customer service
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong sense of customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
