A day in the life of a produce clerk: As a customer yourself, you know how important it is to find exactly the fruits and vegetables you're looking for. Maintaining a well-stocked produce department is essential for customer loyalty and a fast, easy, and efficient shopping experience. That's why our produce clerks play such a vital role in our stores' success. Comprehensive training is provided for this position.

Main Responsibilities
- Adhere to company procedures, standards, and policies in all situations
- Greet customers politely and courteously
- Provide superior customer service, in accordance with Sobeys programs
- Ensure shelves are stocked with fruits and vegetables and related products (frozen, perishable, and non-perishable)
- Maintain and prepare displays according to Sobeys programs
- Rotate stock
- Load and unload products for the sales floor
- Manage the back office and inventory
- Operate a cash register as needed to assist during peak hours
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
- Available evenings and weekends
