Duties

- Utilize strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Engage in sales activities, including upselling products and services when appropriate.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are a plus.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and basic computer applications.
- Proven sales experience or skills in upselling is advantageous.
