We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented individual to start immediately for a temporary contract position. This role is ideal for someone with relevant experience who is a quick learner and able to assist with organizing tasks and helping catch up on administrative work.
Primary Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and basic accounting duties
- Data entry and record management
- General office administration
- Organizing files, documents, and records
- Assisting with banking-related tasks (an asset)
- Supporting day-to-day operations and helping bring tasks up to date
Requirements
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Experience with data entry
- Office administration experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and office software skills
- Banking experience is considered an asset
- Available to start immediately
Compensation is $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
