We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Sales Representative to join our outbound team. If you're persuasive, organized, and genuinely want to help people, this is one of the most rewarding sales seats you'll find.
What you'll do:
- Connect with warm, inbound leads who've already raised their hand for help with their debt
- Understand each person's financial situation and guide them toward the right solution
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM
- Hit (and beat) monthly targets with the support of a team that's invested in your success
What you bring:
- 1+ years of sales, call centre, or customer-facing experience (debt relief or financial services a plus, not required)
- Strong listener with the ability to build trust quickly
- Comfortable on the phone and motivated by targets
- Empathetic, professional, and dependable
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
