Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Reception/Leasing Agent to join our dynamic property management team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, current tenants, vendors, and visitors, creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing leasing activities. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, prospective tenants, and residents with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls with courteous and effective communication, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or team members.
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting features and benefits to encourage leasing agreements.
- Process leasing applications accurately using Building Stack; verify applicant information and facilitate approval procedures.
- Maintain organized records of leasing activities, tenant files, and correspondence through meticulous data entry and filing practices.
- Assist with rent collection, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and coordinating maintenance requests through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards to build strong relationships with tenants and prospects.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold community standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or customer service roles within property management or related fields.
- Familiarity with Building Stack or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems and basic administrative procedures such as filing and data management is preferred.
- Demonstrated sales ability combined with negotiation skills to effectively promote leasing opportunities.
- Previous experience in property management or leasing roles is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
