Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Flex Ltd. Operator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse environment. You will be responsible for handling heavy loads, operating forklifts, and providing excellent customer service to internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload goods using forklifts and manual handling techniques
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks to ensure proper placement and storage of inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts in accordance with safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with team members and external vendors
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and shipment details
- Support warehouse organization by ensuring products are stored correctly and accessible
- Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar roles, with a focus on moving goods efficiently
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and external contacts
- Prior experience with commercial driving is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent physical stamina, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures is preferred
