Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class 1 Driver / Crew Member to join our team. This role involves operating commercial vehicles and heavy equipment to support our logistics and operational needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, safety-conscious mindset, and the ability to perform duties related to MuddRuckers. Duties
- Safely operate Class 1 commercial trucks to and from jobsites
- Assist with loading material using a loader or skid steer
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary
- Work on a crew completing the jobs assigned to your crew each day
- Collaborate with crew members
- Maintain accurate documentation on our app for vehicle logs, and safety checks
Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to commercial driving and heavy equipment operation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Physical ability to lift, move, or handle duties required on the crew
- Prior experience in automotive repair or heavy equipment operation is desirable but not mandatory
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
