Parts Administrator
Ordering of parts, supplies and services
Receive parts and supplies.
Opening and/or closing of shop work orders.
Creating and processing purchase orders & invoices in Eclipse system.
Maintain inventory transactions within Eclipse system.
Maintain inventory transactions within Eclipse system.
Maintain weekly equipment hours/km’s within Excel spreadsheet.
Maintaining equipment files in orderly fashion.
Maintain paper flow.
Training will be provided for Eclipse
Other Training:
There will be various training opportunities to support your position including Professional, Developmental and Safety. You will be expected to participate in training that the company sees fit for your position.

Experience:
- Parts, shipping/receiving: 2 years (preferred)
- Eclipse/Explorer: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
