WE ARE HIRING : Experienced Gardening Crew leader
- Qualifications:
- Ability to lead crew members
- Must have excellent communication skills & attention to detail
- Lead and supervise gardening crew.
- Plant, prune, weed, mulch, edge, and maintain ornamental gardens and planting beds.
- Identify and manage plant health issues, pests, and diseases.
- Train and mentor crew members on proper horticultural practices and safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with clients and management.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional gardening or horticultural experience.
- Previous crew leadership or foreperson experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of perennials, shrubs, trees, and seasonal plant care.
- Ability to identify common plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Horticultural certification or related education is an asset.
Rate of Pay to be discussed and based on experience. Minimum Starting Wage $24/hr.
