What You'll Be Doing
- Painting (interior and exterior), mudding, drywalling, and surface prep.
- Tackling the various day-to-day tasks that keep a job site moving smoothly.
- Working as a team, we all pitch in wherever needed.
The Schedule & Perks
- Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (weather and daylight dependent).
- Weekends: Optional! If you want to grind out some extra hours.
- Consistency: Experienced painters get year-round work. Entry-level roles start as seasonal, but our ultimate goal is to secure year-round work for the entire crew as we expand.
- Growth: We do a full wage evaluation after your first 30 days to make sure you're being paid what you're worth.
Pay Structure
- Apprentice / Willing to Train: $17.00 - $22.00/hr
- Experienced Painters: $25.00 - $40.00/hr
Requirements
- A great attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Having your own equipment is a fantastic bonus, but it is not a dealbreaker.
- The Hiring Process: We don't just do boring sit-down interviews. If you seem like a good fit, we’ll bring you out for a Paid Trial Shift. You show us what you can do on the wall, and then we have an honest discussion about your starting wage based on your actual skills.
