Waterproofing Labourer / Technician – Full Time

$18–$21/hour | 44–60 hours/week

We’re hiring hardworking, reliable labourers to join our growing waterproofing team. No two days are the same — you’ll be working both indoors & outdoors, learning new skills, and building a long-term trade.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Help install residential and new construction waterproofing systems
- Dig, prep, and backfill foundations
- Assist with drainage systems and repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
- Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean
- Work with a team to get jobs done on time

What We’re Looking For
- Construction or labour experience is an asset (but not required)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, hard-working, and shows up on time
- Valid driver’s license is a must

Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with excavators or skid steers
- First Aid or WHMIS
