One More Bite is a fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) based in Mississauga, specializing in fresh bowls, wraps, wings, burgers, pasta, fish & chips, catering, and more.
We are currently expanding our corporate catering, hotel partnerships, and community outreach initiatives and are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our brand and catering business across the GTA.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in:
- Restaurant sales
- Catering sales
- Hospitality
- B2B sales
- Community outreach
- Business development
This is a field-focused role involving both in-person outreach and follow-up communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new corporate catering accounts
- Build relationships with nearby hotels, offices, and local businesses
- Conduct in-person visits and presentations
- Distribute menus, promotional materials, and catering samples
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and visits
- Identify local event and partnership opportunities
- Promote catering and large group ordering services
- Assist with community and networking outreach
- Maintain records of leads and follow-ups
- Help increase overall brand awareness in the GTAQualifications & SkillsPreferred:
- 1–3 years of sales, hospitality, restaurant, or business development experience
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred
- Ability to travel locally within Mississauga and GTA
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and networking
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Social media and local marketing knowledge is an assetIdeal Candidate

Work Schedule
Flexible part-time hours:
