We are seeking an organized and goal-oriented Team Lead, Rough & Finish to support the successful execution of Rough and Finish construction activities by promoting safety, quality workmanship, productivity, and collaboration across site operations.
This role provides leadership and guidance to the Construction Team, ensuring that all work is completed in alignment with project schedules, construction standards, and Caivan’s process standard expectations.
The Team Lead oversees daily site activities, ensures compliance with building codes and safety requirements, coordinates with internal Teams, and maintains quality control throughout all phases of Rough and Finish construction.

You will Bring
Site Leadership Experience:
-
5+ years as a Residential Construction Foreman, Superintendent, or Site Supervisor
Safety Credentials:
-
Current OSHA 30-Hour (or local equivalent like COR/IHSA in Canada)
Educational Foundation:
-
A Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Technology, or a certified Red Seal Trade qualification (e.g., Carpentry)
Adult Education Training:
-
A certificate in Instructional Design or Adult Learning, or proven experience running corporate field-training programs
Key Responsibilities

Identify training needs through gap analysis, performance metrics, stakeholder feedback, and operational priorities

Develop measurable learning objectives using SMART and ABCD methodologies

Design blended learning materials, tools, and practical training resources

Deliver hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback using structured facilitation methods

Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve training content and delivery
