Elysian Academy is seeking motivated and results-driven Student Enrollment Specialists to support student enrollment growth for our new post-secondary programs.
This role focuses on student engagement, outreach, and enrollment support, guiding prospective students from initial inquiry through to successful enrollment. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are highly motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Elysian Academy academic programs to prospective students
- Generate and follow up on student leads through outreach and referrals
- Guide students through inquiry, application, and enrollment processes
- Build relationships with community partners, agencies, and student networks
- Support student onboarding and enrollment completion
- Assist in increasing awareness of institutional programs and offerings
- Work toward enrollment targets and performance goals
Compensation:
- Commission-based contract role
- Competitive commission per successfully enrolled student
- Earnings based on performance and completed enrollments
- Performance bonuses may be available for high achievers
- (Full commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.)
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, recruitment, student services, education consulting, or outreach preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage leads effectively
- Experience in education or admissions is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and professionalism
