Basic Functions
- Inform Customers about our services offered and hardware options (Buy and Sell/Trade-in Options)
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout all stages of a sale life cycle – from greeting, informing, selling, or answering customer inquiries to assisting them to make a choice in selecting the hardware and set up their billing method.
- Troubleshoot hardware problems to limit customer visits from one store to another and landing in the warranty centre.
- Determine the needs of our Customers and provide recommendations for the best solution to meet their needs.
- Greet in store/Over the phone Customers in a Polite, Friendly and Professional manner
- Meet individual and team performance sales quota, tasklist, check list according to Wind/ Management guidelines.
- Technical Skills Required
- Be able to operate a computer with minimal to no supervision
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Specially Excel and Word)
- Ability to quickly adapt to the use of our Retail Software
- Ability to fill out online forms accurately and trouble shoot any issues that may arise without the supervision of a manager/supervisor and minimal phone calls to help line
