Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on product offerings, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment. Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele. The Budtender will play a key role in enhancing customer experience and supporting the overall success of our dispensary.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product information, including effects, dosages, and usage instructions
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, sales processing, and inventory management
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the dispensary is clean and well-stocked
- Manage cash register operations, including cashiering and filing daily transactions
- Educate customers on legal regulations, safety guidelines, and responsible consumption
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product rotation
- Uphold compliance with all regulations related to cannabis sales
- Support team leadership in maintaining a professional work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service roles; experience as a Budtender is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and record keeping
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and computer skills for transaction processing
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while providing excellent customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
