We are hiring Order Pickers/Forklift Drivers to join our team, based in Mississauga! Our client is a leading Canadian retailer of premium athletic apparel.
Full-time Shift: Monday – Friday
Part-time Shift: Saturday- Sunday
Location: Mississauga, ON
Job Duties:
As an Order Picker/Forklift Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and performing warehouse duties as required:
1. Operating an Order Picking machine to locate apparel in the warehouse – apparel is put away and consolidation of locations is done accurately, orderly and promptly.
2. Load/unload apparel, ensuring apparel is stored correctly, all apparel is accounted for and ready to be put away
3. Checking for accuracy – the apparel picked matches paperwork and is checked for errors; discrepancies are corrected; apparel is marked for loading; all procedures are completed accurately.
4. Manually palletizing and wrapping skids, heavy lifting.
5. Work in a KPI-driven environment, meeting daily quotas.
6. Assist in other duties as required.
Qualifications:
1. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
2. Must have at least 1 year of forklift and order picking experience
3. Must have valid Order Picker and Fall Arrest Certification for PIT machines.
4. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds through an 8-hour shift
5. Flexible with working extended hours if required is a strong asset
