Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Antigonish, NS (Hybrid/In-Office)
Hours: Approximately 2–4 hours per week (with potential for additional hours as the clinic grows)
About Us
Mindhous Wellness is a growing mental health clinic providing counselling and psychotherapy services in Antigonish and Ottawa. We are looking for a creative and organized individual to help increase our online presence and attract new clients through social media and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Visit the clinic once per week to capture photos and short videos of the clinic, therapists (with consent), and educational content.
- Create engaging content for Facebook and Instagram.
- Schedule and manage social media posts.
- Design graphics using Canva or similar software.
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Optimize and manage our Google Business Profile, including:
- Updating business information
- Uploading photos
- Creating Google Posts
- Monitoring and responding to reviews
- Improve our local Google search visibility (Local SEO).
- Assist with basic website updates (Weebly experience is an asset).
- Track advertising performance and provide monthly reports.
- Recommend new marketing ideas to help grow the practice.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with experience in:
- Facebook Business Suite / Meta Business Manager
- Instagram marketing
- Google Business Profile
- Canva
- Basic photography using an iPhone or DSLR
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
- Local SEO
- Google Ads (an asset)
- Google Analytics (an asset)
Excellent written communication and attention to detail are essential.

Hours & Compensation
- 2–4 hours per week initially
- Flexible scheduling
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Pay: $16.75-$32.43 per hour
