Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks and desserts according to store standards
- Handle prep work, restocking, and cleaning duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide friendly customer service
- Support daily store operations during busy hours
Requirements:
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous bubble tea, café, or beverage shop experience is an asset
- Able to work independently during shifts
- Comfortable lifting supplies up to 20kg
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willing to learn recipes and store procedures
Preferred:
- Experience opening or closing a store
- Familiar with Uber Eats / DoorDash orders
- Interest in desserts, drinks, and café culture
Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour
