We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally
- Assist customers in finding products and providing product information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and services to increase sales
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay informed about all available products and promotions
- Ensures inventory management on the floor and takes appropriate actions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
