Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and drink options, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Take customer orders promptly, accurately process payments, and handle cash or card transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol serving regulations and food handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, managing time effectively to meet guest needs
- Uphold food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and adherence to health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to engage guests professionally
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, making change, and managing tabs
- Experience with hospitality environments that require teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude
