Wilco Contractors Southwest Inc. is hiring Concrete Form Workers/Carpenters, Placers and Finishers with a minimum of 3-5 years experience, to join our team going into the 2026 season.
Responsibilities, Duties, and Requirements may include but are not limited to;
- 3-5 years experience in Concrete/Form Work or General Carpentry (Forming/prepping Stairs, Sidewalks, Boardwalks, Parking lots, Custom new development retail projects, generic formwork, footings, bracing walls, etc...)
- Carrying, moving, organizing Lumber, Rebar, Concrete (must be able to carry at least 50 lbs)
- Measuring, marking, cutting lumber according to Blueprint specs
- Follow the established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Able to work with little to no supervision.
- Proficiency using an array of specialized power tools, machines, and hand tools
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- The ability to read building plans is an asset
- Working knowledge of methods, techniques and equipment required.
- Full Carpentry pouch and basic tools.

Pay: $25.00-$36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 70 per week
Experience:
- Construction Skilled Labour : 3 years (required)
- Concrete: 2 years (required)
- Formwork: 2 years (preferred)
- placing or finishing: 2 years (preferred)
