SEASONAL VINEYARD & PROPERTY MAINTENANCE OPERATOR

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on seasonal employee to help manage and maintain a vineyard and acreage property in Kelowna, BC.
This is a seasonal full-time position running approximately from March/April through October, with potential for flexibility depending on the season and workload.
The ideal candidate has experience with vineyard work, property maintenance, equipment operation, and general acreage upkeep. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean, organized, and operating smoothly throughout the growing season.
Responsibilities include:
- Vineyard spraying and weed management
- Grass cutting, mowing, and line trimming
- Property cleanup and ongoing maintenance
- Irrigation checks and basic repairs
- Tractor and equipment operation
- Assisting with seasonal vineyard tasks
- General acreage and grounds maintenance
- Preparing and maintaining the property throughout the event and growing season
Qualifications:
- Experience working on vineyards, orchards, farms, or acreages
- Comfortable operating tractors, sprayers, and landscaping equipment
- Knowledge of vineyard spraying and weed control practices preferred
- Mechanically inclined and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
